Your role at BHSN:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BHSN, you will assist in recruiting, managing onboarding and ensuring all required documents are completed and accurate.

What your day might look like:

• Manage the process after accepted offer for exempt and non-positions
• Able to be assist with onboarding as needed
• Ensure new-hire documents are completed accurately, by their respective due dates, and maintains organized records
• Represents BHSN at job fairs/career expos, serving as a professional ambassador internally and within BHSN’s communities.
• Manage and develop healthy and long-lasting relationships with colleges and universities
• Manage and develop a sustainable program of internships for clinical and non-clinical programs
• Must be able to travel regionally, if necessary
• Other duties as assigned.

Your skills and qualifications:

• HS and/or Associates degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational skills required
• Expert in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Working knowledge of various HRIS/ATS/Payroll software required
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively, with diverse populations
• Knowledge of applicable regulations
• Valid NYS driver’s license
