About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hermiston, Oregon. This is an Overnight Behavioral Health RN role focused on psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient advocacy. It offers the opportunity to work independently overnight while supported by a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in a structured environment with established workflows and documentation processes. The role involves clinical support for patient monitoring, education, and psychiatric care coordination, with a four-night schedule providing long weekends and schedule consistency.
Requirements
- Active Oregon RN license REQUIRED
- Comfortable administering and documenting medications REQUIRED
- Strong patient advocacy and communication skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable working overnight schedule REQUIRED
- Team-oriented behavioral health approach REQUIRED

- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care within behavioral health setting
