The Role
Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Cheese Group. Freshly renovated and looking brand new, you’ll enjoy lots of natural light and great facilities to take advantage of including a fully stocked fridge loaded with a range of Bega products! We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes, and bars.
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a passion for FMCG or fast-moving businesses. We’re a fun established team who enjoy being involved in crafting recruiting strategies for a wide number of roles and disciplines, while also having input and influence over the recruitment process and procedures. Through this we ensure continued excellence in service to our customers and candidates alike.
This position has flexibility for both Docklands 3008 office based and Work From Home Mix to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates to provide top level customer service
  • Provide end to end recruitment solutions for a variety or role types within a fast-moving food manufacturing and distribution business
  • Provide input and ownership of recruitment process projects to continuously improve our service
  • Proactively source identified key talent categories while facilitating diversity in the recruitment process at all levels
  • Provide support and assistance to the talent team as required during peak times
About you
  • Have some experience in Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting and be keen to develop your skills further
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment with ability to manage your time effectively
  • Great stakeholder engagement and communication skills – providing advice and influencing to obtain the best possible outcomes
  • Knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods including active and passive techniques as well as talent pooling to build solid networks in the industry
  • A strong teamwork focus and willingness to assist team members as required
