Title: Director, Wholesale Sales

Status: Full Time / Exempt
Hybrid – 3 days/week in Middlebury, Vermont preferred; Remote available for the right candidate. Role requires travel up to 25% of the time
Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales executive to lead our Wholesale sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The right candidate will create and execute our sales strategy, leading a team of direct s and partners/brokers contracted to support our sales needs and goals.
We need an enthusiastic and relentless leader that is equal parts scrappy and strategic who brings the experience and relationships to rebuild and level up our Wholesale business. In the past year, we have returned our owned eCommerce and Amazon businesses back to strong growth – the right candidate will do the same with our Wholesale business.

You already have relationships with many prospective or current customers and know what to do to build new ones. You thrive in an environment that is low on process and sales support but can still create a clear strategy, professional sales materials, and lead people well. You know your number and won’t stop until you hit it.
