Accounting Job Responsibilities: Read contracts and set the jobs up in Timberline/Sage 300 Job Module, per our job numbers. Process any change orders.
Process invoices and change orders monthly using Excel and upload into Sage and the various customer websites. Collect the receivables.

Experience in Sage 300 modules A/P, A/R, JC, GL, PR, Dep, etc. Monthly Sales tax reports to different cities in AZ. Process manual checks as needed, ACH postings, monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, in house monthly financials, etc. This is a monthly billing cycle.

Add and delete equipment and vehicles in Sage depreciation module. Year end insurance audits. Year end adjustments

Be a leader and work independently and as a team player with other employees in the office, as needed.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Minimum
Timberline/Sage Accounting Specialist
Word, Excel, Outlook, Work Comp reports, OCIP, CCIP, Certified Payroll, etc. is preferred and would be helpful.
Construction experience, detailed oriented, professional demeanor, dependable & show up to work everyday. Honest, able to multi-task, orderly, legible hand writing.
Emailing, scanning, faxing, filing, etc. as needed.

Wage: $62,000.00 to $75,000.00 to start DOE
Hours: 7:00-3:30 Monday through Friday (1/2 hr lunch)
This is a busy 1 person office, with a casual business dress
This is a Non-Smoking Position (due to current health conditions in the office)
