An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and enthusiastic education team as a Practice Education Facilitator. Although predominately based at Bedford Hospital there will be the expectation of some cross site working with the education team at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

We are looking for an individual who is a positive role model and enjoys the challenge of teaching and supporting others to achieve their potential and improve their clinical skills. You will be required to facilitate the teaching of some core clinical skills as well as supporting our overseas nurses to study and pass their OSCE exam and gain UK registration.

If you are a band 5 registered nurse who has an interest in teaching and is looking for their next career move or a band 6 nurse who is looking for some experience in a different department and also the opportunity to experience some cross site working, this may well be the job for you.

We are a very supportive and understanding team and welcome new ideas so that we can ensure our training is relevant to the needs of the Trust and the ever changing environment in which we work.
