Role Overview:
Bechtel is currently looking for a Veterans Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US Talent Acquisition team. This position can be based out of either our Reston, VA, Houston, TX or Glendale, AZ office and offers the opportunity for either full or partial telework. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will be responsible for building and leading Bechtel’s veterans recruiting strategy in the United States. You will partner cross-functionally with our Talent Acquisition leadership, business leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies to deliver veteran talent to the business.
