Bechtel Business Services (BBS) is a professional, skills-based shared services organization responsible for delivering the full spectrum of Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Services and Corporate Systems services in support of Bechtel operations worldwide. BBS is headquartered in Glendale, Arizona, with processing activities also performed in New Delhi, London, Santiago and Brisbane, and staff deployed at offices and projects around the world. BBS delivers global services through an integrated network of process centers, service centers, outsource providers and project deployed Finance support to meet project requirements. In total, BBS has approximately 900 individuals in locations throughout the globe working to support the successful execution of Bechtel’s projects.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate leadership workshops and learning solutions utilizing suitable technologies and/or delivery modalities and apply practices, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality instruction while optimizing learner engagement.
• Lead New Hire Orientation by facilitating sessions and ensuring consistency across the enterprise.
• Ensure maintenance of learning records in LMS post workshops/sessions.
• Liaise regularly with Business Partners and provide data analysis, status updates, and recommendations which are in alignment with the overall Learning strategy.
• Administer and support a global Emerging Talent Program that includes Interns and University Hires by implementing an innovative, scalable, differentiated and business impacting program for incoming emerging talent.
• Provide care, mentorship, and guidance to program participants. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the multifaceted elements of the Emerging Talent Program and drive appropriate consistency across locations and organizations.
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with the global team and partners.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
• Compile & analyze data and metrics to ensure the efficacy and impact of the program.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education or a related discipline and 6 years of professional work experience.

Minimum Qualification:

• Experience facilitating a variety of leadership courses for middle and senior management.
• Experience with administering global programs.
• Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions.

Preferred Qualification:

• Proficient in using HRMS Systems, tools and applications.
• Working knowledge of a matrixed organizational structure.
• Demonstrated commitment and success in developing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
