Within the People and Culture team, our Talent Acquisition team are committed and proud of our innovative and strategic approach in delivering to diverse talent objectives and initiatives across the extensive Beca business. Based in Sydney, you will be part of our respected People and Culture team who are front and center of our 5-year Australian growth strategy.

No two days will be the same in this role that supports the successful delivery of end-to-end recruitment of a wide range of technical engineering. The broad range of roles reflects our growth markets of Defence, Infrastructure and Utilities and requires you to have good commercial understanding and consulting skills. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to streamline the process and enhance our candidate management focus.

About You

You will be a few years into your recruitment journey, with sound experience working in a People and Culture team. You will be ready to take the next step in your Talent Acquisition career across the spectrum of talent acquisition, resourcing, and search. You excel in building collaborative relationships internally and externally Premium and have a high standard of candidate experience at the center of what you do.

Transitioning to our business will be easier if you’re coming from an internal recruitment role, where you understand the need for process and how to operating in complex businesses and matrix structures. Our collaborative focus and the fluctuating requirements of our business will see you involved from BAU to strategic projects – adaptability and proactive teamwork is what contributes to our success.
