The Tax Department at BEC is a growing segment of the organization that is looking to enhance our foundation to serve our clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare business and personal tax returns for real estate entrepreneurs
• Prepare supporting workpapers
• Communicate with clients
• Organize and update the tax database
• Record tax entries into accounting software
• Preparation and/or review of financial statements

Requirements:

• 2 years of Tax Preparation Experience is a Must in a Public Accounting Firm
• Basic knowledge of the tax code for individuals and small business
• Must be a licensed tax preparer, EA, or CPA
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• QuickBooks accounting software experience
• Computer literacy, numerical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
