Beaverton Motorcycles is looking for rock stars to join our exciting and fast-paced motorsports sales team. Provide dedicated support to a team of Sales Managers, Floor Managers, General Sales Manager and General Manager. As a finance/sales assistant, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions and the associated paperwork, preparing paperwork for lenders, reporting, auditing files for accuracy and ensuring that information is entered into our accounting system quickly and correctly, resolving and reviewing sales files to ensure that all transactions are submitted on a timely basis, plus other tasks as required. Knowledge of CDK dealership software and Excel spreadsheets are a plus! Only those candidates who are dependable, professional and able to work as part of a team, as well as independently, need apply.

Position is full time (approx. 40-46 hours per week).
