What’s the role?

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition specialist to cover a 6-month maternity leave in our People & Culture division.

In this role, you will get to connect with recruiters around Australia and provide them with Meaningful Work at Beaumont People. The role will be focusing on our internal vacancies for all of our divisions across QLD, Northern NSW and Sydney.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Advertising our current vacancies across platforms such as Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and our own website via JobAdder
• Searching and sourcing candidates through headhunting, referrals and job applications
• Screening and conducting interviews
• Organising interviews with internal stakeholders across our many divisions
• Managing and organising employment agreements for new employees
• Run and organise internal training for new employees as part of their onboarding
• Manage the onboarding process for any new employees
• Candidate care and management
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and LinkedIn networking with those in the industry

To be successful:
We are seeking someone who is passionate about finding people meaningful work, specifically at Beaumont People! Whether you have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (internal/external), Talent Acquisition, People & Culture or Human Resources, we want to hear about it!
