Endometriosis Australia is a nationally accredited charity that endeavours to increase recognition of endometriosis, deliver endometriosis education and workplace programs, conducts and and provides funding for endometriosis research.

Role Responsibilities

ing to the CEO and collaborating in a small team, this role will help drive increased brand awareness and understanding of endometriosis into the broader community.

You will design and coordinate compelling and informative content across a variety of platforms (websites, social media, podcasts, sponsorship and email communications) with the goal of building and nurturing relationships with those living and recently diagnosed with endometriosis,, fundraising stakeholders, government and public audiences.

• Deliver on the organisation’s marketing strategy (promoting the organisation’s brand, attracting visitors and potential leads, and generating donations).
• Create and schedule content across social media (writing engaging, platform-specific content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), and other channels such as emails, podcast, and website – maintaining the brand style guide for key audiences.
• Identify your target audience and create digital campaigns that involve, inform, and engage with patients and supporters.
• Implement paid search and SEO/SEM strategies/campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing budgets.
• Liaising with media for requests for appearances and manage inbox inquiries.
• Attendance at events and engagements may be required at times.

Essential Requirements

Proven working experience in digital marketing and/or design will be a must-have in this role, as well as a can-do attitude – and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate in a small team environment to achieve organisational objectives.

• Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, website, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
• Experience coordinating Google Adwords campaigns, experience with Adobe Suite products with demonstrated use of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva.
• Experience with MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.
• Strong copywriting, editing and content creation ability – a natural storyteller, able to leave a lasting impression and motivate people to action – and of course excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship management skills, ability to communicate and build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
