What is the Opportunity?

Beaumont Care are seeking a Registered Nurse passionate about providing quality education. This exciting opportunity gives you scope to work closely with the service staff and Managers to assess, develop and deliver clinical and non-clinical education to meet the site’s individual needs.

Your previous experience in Aged Care will help you assess clinical competencies and have a deep understanding of residents requirements while creating a great rapport with staff, and your attention to detail will keep you on top of the admin requirements of the role.

What do you need?

Other than you AHPRA registration, evidence of your 2021 Flu Vaccination and current, acceptable National Police Check you need to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
• A passion for providing the best quality care and support to the elderly
• Clear and open communication style and ability to deliver education to a group of people – you will be delivering our Corporate Orientation, so you have to be comfortable with public speaking!

You will also need to be able to travel to our sites located between Northern Caboolture and the Gold Coast Hinterland – so a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential

Please note: As of 17 September 2021, it is mandatory that all residential aged care staff have had at least one dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination, so this is a must as well.
