Responsibilities

• Conduct health education programs and workshops for employees and customers on various topics such as maintaining physical and mental well-being during relocations, safety protocols, stress management, and proper ergonomics
• Develop and implement health promotion strategies to enhance awareness and understanding of health-related issues within the company
• Collaborate with the human resources department to develop and update company policies that align with best practices in health and safety
• Provide resources and educational materials to employees and customers, ensuring they have access to information that empowers them to make informed health decisions
• Conduct health screenings, assessments, and provide appropriate recommendations for individuals with health concerns
• Coordinate with external health and wellness providers to offer additional support and resources to employees and customers
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in health education and incorporate relevant information into educational programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education or a related field
• Proven experience as a Health Educator, preferably in the consumer services industry
• Strong knowledge of health promotion strategies and behavior change methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively deliver presentations and workshops
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with health education software and resources
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to health education and promotion
