Customer Service Representative
Bear Woods Supply is a family-oriented business in a fantastic location. We value our team deeply, and we all work hard together to serve our customers. We’re a 35 year old business and our current owners have been in place for 6 years – since we bought the business, revenues have multiplied greatly, and with that so have opportunities for our team to learn and grow. We have long-term staff ready to welcome you!

We’re looking for a bright, intelligent and energetic person to join our fantastic team.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking and processing orders by phone and email
• Picking products and shipping using simple shipping systems (Small warehouse, no forklifts or heavy equipment)
• Respond to customer inquiries with adequate product knowledge both by phone and email

Our ideal candidate comes to us with the following:

• Computer experience (We work with Fishbowl inventory software which we can train you on)
• The ability to work unsupervised while actively problem solving when required
• Able to multitask
• Able to learn on the go and remain adaptive in varying situations

Starting wage is set depending on your fit for the position.

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
