Bear Mountain Custom Painting Hiring for Assistant Project Manager Full Time

Job Summary:

Fast growing residential painting & remodeling company in Cumming, GA is looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager works alongside the Operations Team with daily project coordination, inventory of materials, organization of warehouse / vehicles, and assists with other duties as advised.

FULL TIME POSITION: Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week

COMPANY VEHICLE TO BE DRIVEN DURING WORKING HOURS.

Duties and Requirements:

JOB DUTIES :

• Deliver materials to jobsites
• Pick up construction debris from jobsites
• Return excess materials to supplier locations
• Clean, organize, inventory, and manage warehouse
• Clean, organize and inventory company vehicles
• Order and coordinate dumpsters to jobsites
• Visit job sites and take photos / videos of work (before, in-progress, and after)
• Assist Operations Team with all other day-to-day duties
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks around office / shop as advised

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to multi-task
• Be computer literate
• Be enthusiastic, polite and eager to learn
• Reside close to our office (Cumming, GA 30040 exit 14 off GA 400)
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Have a clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation (to and from work)
• Be able to operate company vehicle with 16 foot trailer attached
• Have good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Pass background check & drug test

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
