We believe our food system needs reinvention to feed a growing global population on a healthy planet. We exist to unleash the potential of agriculture to be the leading force for good! If this excites you, we would love for you to apply!
The Beanstalk Team
We are a specialised team of strategy, agriculture, and innovation experts dedicated to the agriculture sector in the Indo-Pacific. Our role is to catalyse the adoption of new technologies and build capabilities that help to unlock our ability to produce nutritious food in a responsible, ethical, and sustainable manner.
As a business, everything we do directly drives long-term community, ecological and business resiliency. This is the main event, not an afterthought. Our 5 pillars of impact are: Building enterprise resiliency; advancing circularity: Enabling a ‘nature-positive’ food system; Promoting safe and secure livelihoods; and Ensuring food and nutrition security.
Â
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage Beanstalk AgTech’s digital and communication functions. After a re-brand in 2022, we are looking for a value-driven, proactive, and strong allrounder able to turn their hand to the breadth of communications, engagement, digital and design functions needed to underpin the work of Beanstalk.
Â
This role will be instrumental in building the reputation and profile of Beanstalk as a thought leader through a creative approach to design, authentic engagement, and tribe building. Working together with one of the directors, you will actively learn through your use of a range of digital platforms and the freedom to explore your creativity with some flair.

Â
In a nutshell:
When it comes to digital marketing and communications you are a jack of all trades, with the ability to switch from writing a post to editing a short video of a recent event, designing a case study overview, editing our website to bossing around our busy directors to get them to hurry up and finish writing that thought leadership piece!
