Leadership & Team

Bean Alliance is seeking a person to lead financial operations. This role s to the CEO. 74 people are employed by Bean Alliance Group and the company is based in Reservoir. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and the accounts team. You will develop knowledge of the marketing agenda nuanced with customers, brands, sponsorships, broader company initiatives and causes. The leadership team is strategy-focused. You will organise, coordinate and initiate systems and develop ing for internal and external evaluation and resourcing. This role requires an experienced financial controller/finance manager, capable of objective evaluation, getting in amongst it and proving your capacity to meet deadlines and perform, often working on the EU clock.

Candidate

Mandatory

• Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
• CA/CPA qualified
• ERP and Systems experience
• Advanced Excel skills (must have Pivot Tables, Macros and Vlookup capabilities)

Favourable

• FMCG and manufacturing experience
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• High levels of English communication skills, verbal, written and oral
