Contact prospects for employment with the company.

Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.

Maintain and analyze recruiting strategies driving fleet growth.

Serve as the initial contact for all driver applicants.

Review applications of prospective fleet drivers and decide if the applicant is qualified.

Schedule orientation sessions for prospective drivers.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

One (1) year of recruiting experience.

High School diploma.
