Key responsibilities:

· Source, qualify and interview qualified candidates for industrial setting

· Set up a cohesive strategy from the ground up as to the most effective recruiting strategies that will attract the best candidates

· Create a pipeline of qualified candidates

· Ability to set the tone for a new Talent Acquisition department for a growing company

Qualifications:

· Five plus years of experience recruiting

· Out-of-the-box thinking for attracting and sourcing candidates

· Proven system of communication to keep hiring managers informed

· Ability to set up a strategic outlook for a new Talent Acquisition department
