Our client, a life sciences technology company located in Andover, is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! This role is ideally 12-15 hours per week, spanning over 4 days, approximately 3 hours per day, with flexibility, and is paying between $22-26 / hour, pending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Primarily need a physical presence in the office to get mail, order supplies, receive packages, respond to building / facilities / lab inquiries.
• If someone is traveling into this office, greet and assist them with needs.
• May eventually take on more administrative work in time – manage calendars, office support, etc.
• Someone bright, can work independently, trustworthy, and professional.
