Beacon Hill Staffing Group Hiring for Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager – $85K – DC Job at Washington, DC Full Time

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• 5+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition.
• Must possess basic knowledge of HR and its functional areas.
• Any current applicant tracking system experience and familiarity with resumes databases is a plus.
• PHR, HCI, non-profit experience, and/or basic supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The Job:

• Lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR recruiters.
• Develop employee engagement metrics/retention programs, develop/enhance the talent acquisition process, and implement recruitment innovations.
• Responsible for deploying employment marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, and internal referral programs.
• Solve all issues during hiring job vacancies, oversee the in-house applicant tracking system, and maintain vendor and third party.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position that pays $33/hr-$40/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of up to $85K when made permanent (DOE). If you have strong experience with talent acquisition/recruitment and are interested in this opportunity, apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
