Our client, a landscaping and construction company in Belmont, MA, is seeking a part time Office Assistant to join their team.

This is a 3 day / week temporary role slated for 3+ months and compensates up to $23 / hr depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with phone calls, sorting / distributing mail, handling incoming / outgoing email correspondence.
• Maintaining office files.
• General support of daily office operations.
• Training in use of SingleOps, (landscaping database) a business ERP platform for billing, scheduling, etc.
• Transaction processing between QuickBooks and SingleOps.
• Run Aged Accounts Receivable , track overdue receivables and initiate customer outreach for collections.

Skills

• Well organized, good general administrative skills.
• Able to shift focus based on changing priorities.
• Easy temperament, team player.
• Efficient.
• Quick learner.
