Beacon Hill Staffing Group Hiring for Executive Assistant, Healthcare – $K-$K – Washington, DC at Washington, DC Full Time

Our client, a well-known law firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Healthcare Executive Assistant to support two of the firms partners!

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive’s calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange proper logistics such as location, attendance, agenda, etc.
• Compose correspondence, prepare presentations, arrange travel, monitor/manage inboxes.
• Provide exceptional client service by prioritizing client need confidentially, expeditiously, and proactively.
• Manage billing tasks including reconciling expenses and handling timekeeper’s diaries.
• Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of strong executive assistant experience in a professional services or corporate environment are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented/organized with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Position Information:

• $85K-$95K
• Potential for overtime
• Hybrid availability!
• On-site in Washington, DC.
