Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our client’s marketing team.
As a collaborative and versatile team member, you will be responsible for executing and developing marketing materials to effectively reach our diverse customer base.
You will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, managing website content, engaging in social media marketing campaigns, and providing strategic support for the creation and communication of important marketing materials.
This is a hybrid role, one to two days per month onsite. Responsibilities : Marketing Material Development : Collaborate with the business marketing team to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our products and services to our target audience.
Website Content Management : Support website content maintenance, development, and edits. Develop and execute content calendar and strategy to ensure a consistent online presence.
Sales Leads Management : Route sales leads to appropriate internal points of contact, evaluate ROI of inquiries, and provide recommendations for improving data capture processes for continuous improvement.
Social Media Marketing : Organize and execute social media marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Monitor campaign and content performance and provide regular s on the results.
Internal Client Engagement : Interact with internal clients to offer marketing insights and facilitate support for ongoing marketing efforts.
Marketing Materials Publication : Provide strategic support in the creation, publication, and communication of important marketing materials, such as sales sheets, product guides, technical collateral, programs, and other strategic support materials.
Marketing Communications Support : Coordinate various marketing communications efforts, including customer communications, public relations, and preparation of presentations for leaders.
Collaboration : Work closely with the broader marketing team to contribute to tactics and plans that align with the overall marketing strategy.
Teamwork : Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork skills as this role involves supporting internal clients, stakeholders, and legal and compliance teams.
Project Management : Exhibit excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in agriculture marketing, communications, or related programs – or equivalent workplace experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications-related field.Proficiency in developing marketing materials and strategies to reach diverse audiences.
Experience in website content management and social media marketing campaigns.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
