We are working with a financial services company based in Alpharetta, Georgia, seeking a coporate or finance associate to join their small legal group. This position will provide continued on-the-job training for a junior attorney interested in moving in-house. Corporate or finance associates interested in asset based lending, corporate transactions, equipment financing and leasing, and the like are invted to apply. The person in this role will support a dynamic Senior Counsel, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will be licensed and in good standing and eligible to practice law in-house in Georgia. Base salary of $100,000; must be able to work full time in the office in Alpharetta, GA.
