Beacon Hill Associates of Dallas is looking to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity for a client in the east Fort Worth area.

This client is looking for a long-term committed and proactive recruiter for their high-volume team, and looking to interview and start asap.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate effectively with the TA Manager and organizational leaders to execute hiring plans.
• Build strong internal relationships with the organizational leaders and colleagues.
• Manage the the recruiting efforts in the appropriate regions.
• Proactive on delivering departmental goals / targets established by TA Manager.
• Deliver feedback and collaborate continuously on improvements to the hiring process.
• Participate in community-based partnerships across the area / region assigned.
• Maintain positive candidate interview and onboarding experience.
• Complete other duties / responsibilities as assigned / requested.
