A booming advertising agency is looking to add an Office Assistant to their team. This role would be the face of the agency;
therefore the firm is looking for someone friendly, professional, and extremely organized.
The role :
- Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Place supply orders and maintain inventory in kitchen and supply rooms
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail
- Takes ownership of set-up and clean up for conferences and meetings
- Update and maintain calendars
- Assist with travel arrangements and varied requests
- Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable
You :
- 1 years working in office systems and working in a corporate environment
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
