Beacon Hill Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Boston, Massachusetts Full Time

Responsibilities

• Optimize communication cadence and content across social media, email, paid search, and programmatic display for HCP (Health Care Providers) and patient audiences based on market insights
• Develop and execute planned digital communications, including emails and social media posts, with oversight from appropriate Marketing team members and collaboration with third party creative and media agencies
• Analyze performance metrics for digital communications and recommend data-driven optimizations to campaigns across digital channels to increase engagement

Qualifications & Skills :

• A B.A / B.S. in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including web, email, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), paid search, display
• Demonstrated ability to build productive and collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels; experience in developing and measuring performance against effective KPI’s for marketing campaigns
• Experience managing third-party vendors with a focus on digital marketing
• Skilled in project management and prioritization
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• An appetite for continuous learning along with an ability to be self-driven
