BDT Beverage / Red Bull Energy Drink Hiring for Account Sales Manager (Red Bull – Salary plus Commission) Full Time

We are currently looking for candidates who reside in Dickson County, TN for an Account Sales Manager in Dickson, TN. This role is responsible for running open sales routes in surrounding areas of Dickson County, TN assisting BDT Beverage’s sales department in different job duties as they arise.

Job Responsibilities include:

1) Run open routes, adhering to the following:

· Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory (keep route books up-to-date and ensure accounts are efficiently routed in Encompass software)

· Complete, check for accuracy and submit sales s and invoices/DSD copies daily

· Inventory control and daily reconciliation. Deposit all money daily.

· Provide excellent customer service by following up on all commitments and addressing “call-ins” immediately

· Ensure proper distribution of all SKU’s and merchandise accounts to specified standards

· Must perform first invoice by 6:00 A.M.

· Maintain all sales vehicle and other provided equipment per company requirements

2) Merchandise accounts to specified standards

3) Delivery and set up of cold equipment

4) Assist Warehouse Manager (loading and unloading trucks, stacking and staging pallets, making bulk deliveries)

5) Maintenance and cleaning of all company equipment

6) Adhere to company policies and each customer’s site policies related to Covid-19 safety. Including utilizing provided PPE and following sanitizing protocols set forth by BDT Beverage and our customers.

Job Requirements include: – HS Diploma (or GED equivalent) – clean driving record (MVR) – pre-hire drug screen – criminal background check – DOT Physical exam – maintain active cell phone account with data/text plan and voicemail – obtain F Endorsement on your Driver’s License

Physical Requirements: – ability to consistently lift/carry up to 50lbs – ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb, and overhead reach

Compensation: Base salary and $1200 sign on bonus, plus earned commission. (Potential Earnings of $41,200 – $48K for first 12 months with the company.)

Our Account Sales Managers are not just delivery drivers, they are the face of Red Bull with our customers and build the foundation for long lasting relationships with the brand. As an Account Sales Manager, you will be running routes daily, selling in product and equipment, stocking, ordering, invoicing, merchandising and collecting and depositing payments.

While experience with route sales is helpful, we provide training both in-class, on-line, and on the job to help you succeed.
