Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Student Recruitment to join our National Talent Acquisition team. This positions can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney and reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager and works closely with an award winning Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, recognised as a top graduate employer and top graduate recruiters.

You’ll be accountable for the successful delivery of our student programs; from high school to university students, whilst providing an exceptional candidate experience. BDO is a growing firm and we welcome new ideas and innovation to continue attracting the best talent into our firm.

Day to day, you’re impact will be seen by:

• Working with a team to deliver our undergraduate, vacation, graduate and diversity student programs
• Liaising with the business to determine future headcount, forecast and planning for upcoming student programs
• Effective planning and execution of student programs
• Post campaign feedback analysis
• Promotion of BDO’s Employer Brand and value proposition
• Working with leadership to have input into BDO’s Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Opportunities to be involved in talent resourcing and diversity related projects
• Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team and business to plan on-boarding and induction processes
• Creating successful university partnerships and stakeholder relationships

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’ll bring experience in student / early careers recruitment and be passionate about thinking outside the box to attract, engage and on-board talent. Knowledge of the student recruitment landscape and programs will be beneficial. Additionally, you will have:

• Project management or involvement in the delivery of recruitment projects and campaigns
• Strong communication skills with an ability to liaise with people across all levels, internally and externally
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Creative thinking attributes and the ability to problem solve
