About the Team

Our Corporate Finance team works as part of the wider Advisory team. With a broad variety of focus areas the team work on due diligence, capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions and valuations to name a few.

We are a high performing team having won various awards such as, Leading Accounting Adviser for IPOs on the ASX in 2020, a leading Financial Due Diligence provider globally in 2020 and we have completed 1,546 deals globally in 2020 with a total value of $83.5bn!

Current Opportunities

We are searching for Analysts and Senior Analysts to join our award winning team. We are very busy and value providing balance to our people, hence, we are searching for additional resources at the Analyst and Senior Analyst grades.

Your impact day to day will be seen by:

• Working in a team on due diligence and other advisory projects, such as, IPO’s, M&A transactions, capital markets or sale and purchase agreements;

• Assisting in the planning and execution of engagements;

• Reviewing and interpreting financial statements to determine business operations, drivers and performance indicators;

• Drafting due diligence reports to provide our clients expert financial advice;

• Engaging with and learning from a dedicated and supportive team and leveraging the wider BDO network to grow your career;

• Being involved in hands-on client contact to ensure deliverables meet client needs and expectations.

What you’ll bring to set you up for success

We are seeking switched on individual with an interest in corporate finance who are keen to further develop their career into the Corporate Finance space. You’ll be looking for more complexity in what you do, or, to grow your exposure working on larger projects.

You’ll bring a strong financial aptitude, general business acumen and solid client communication skills, mixed with professional enthusiasm. Leveraging your project or client experience you will assist the team in a growing portfolio and be central to delivery of our engagements.
