Your new Role

As an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services you will manage teams performing detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports/ presentations for senior management and boards.

Your impact will be seen by:

• Managing and providing input into strategic tasks and priorities of our Corporate Finance division
• Cultivating and fostering long-term client relationships
• Identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
• Responsibility of, or supporting our business development and pursuit activities
• Supporting career progression of junior staff through training, coaching, guiding and performance progression and management

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in a Transaction Services role in an accounting and advisory firm with a focus on client advisory, people management and engagement management.
• Strong report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills.
• Delivery and project mangement experience
• CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar
