Our systems have been used in facilities across North America including general care and teaching hospitals, leading acute-care, oncology, pediatric and long-term care facilities, clinics, ambulatory/outpatient dispensing sites, correctional institutions as well as mental health and rehabilitation centers.

Our company is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company’s information technology department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of recent technologies and their applications and will work directly with our executive team to create policies, products and services that ensure optimal operation of our organization’s IT systems. The Information Technology Manager will also oversee IT vendors and consultants, and will be tasked with creating long-term strategies to address our organization’s future needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the information technology department and help define company’s information technology strategy.
• Act in a consulting capacity to the business units and IT team members.
• Evaluate and choose hardware, software and service providers.
• Manage projects and a team of technical staff.
• Perform basic computer operations, such as installing and uninstalling software, operating system maintenance, backups.
• Develop technology initiatives, such as information security or analytics initiatives.
• Perform basic networking operations, such as setting up switches, routers, creating VLANs.
