Location : This is a hybrid position and the ideal candidate must reside in the Seattle, WA region.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and help us increase our brand awareness and activate sales across our digital and social environments.

In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategy across our digital properties and creating marketing content.

This person will need to ensure that messaging, branding and visuals created align to the BDA brand. They will work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand the unique aspects of the business and ensure that BDAs solutions and capabilities showcase our industry leadership.

As the Marketing Manager, this person will play a role in helping to plan, manage, and optimize BDAs web sites, ecommerce solutions and customized client experience portals.

The Marketing Manager must have the ability to effectively lead web designers, content writers, social media specialists, etc.

to execute best-in-class experiences.

The role of the Marketing Manager at BDA is dynamic, and customer focused. Success in this position requires attention to detail, project management and digital expertise, as well as experience developing a compelling narrative that excites potential clients and helps attract new opportunities.

Experience Requirements

• BA / BS degree in marketing or a related field and / or five years or more of working experience in digital marketing
• Flexible thinking, with the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of digital tools (Google Analytics, social media planning software, social listening, etc.)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining websites to promote the company’s products or services; Collaboration with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Managing relationships with agencies and vendor partners
• Measuring and ing performance of all digital marketing activities and assessing goal achievement (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitoring search engine rankings and making adjustments to ensure that the site (s) is positioned prominently in search results for keywords associated with the business
• Creating marketing content such as videos, social vignettes, and leave-behinds focused on customer success stories
• Developing and implementing strategies for improving conversion rates and generating leads

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.

The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes : robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits;

medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement.

Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
