BCS Apparel Hiring for Bookkeeper (temp-to-perm fully remote) Job at New York, NY Full Time

This is a legitimate contract-to-hire opportunity at a leading apparel and e-commerce firm.

MUST HAVE experience with NetSuite

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger account review
• Respond to payment inquiries and communicate with vendors regarding payment details
• Accounts receivable, including billing, collections, communications with customers regarding payment, chargebacks and chargeback dispute resolution
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Factor reconciliation
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
• Various projects as needed in a small office

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting and bookkeeping functions including general ledger, bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Experience with Netsuite
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have strong Excel skills and be comfortable with analyzing large data sets
• Can execute and follow-through on tasks while ensuring attention to detail
• Takes initiative and ownership of their role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
• Must be detail oriented, a team player and possess excellent organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:
