Corporate Recruiter

Position Description:

A highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter is needed to join our team. The position will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring highly technical Information Technology specialists for our company. The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify and attract top talent to meet our growing business needs, utilizing various sourcing channels, including social media and professional networks. The role also involves communicating and coordinating with program and corporate managers regarding open positions, identified candidates, and status ing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly technical Information Technology specialists, including utilizing social media, professional networks, job boards, and resumes repositories like Indeed.

• Build a strong network of candidates and industry contacts through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including candidate assessment and feedback.

• Conduct reference checks and background investigations on selected candidates.

• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, internal stakeholders, program managers, and corporate managers.

• Coordinate with program and corporate managers to ensure timely communication regarding open positions, identified candidates, and status ing.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• A proven track record of sourcing and hiring highly technical Information Technology specialists.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
