Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple brands – this is a hands-on role.
• Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, and video) on a regular basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, encourages community members to engage with the brand and generates leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Monitor reach and customer engagement and suggest content optimization
• Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
• Collaborate with sales, digital marketing and human resources teams
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
• Ensure content is informative and appealing
• Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Education and/or Experience

• 4-5+ years proven proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms using both organic and paid social media.
• Bachelor’s degree in social media, or graphic design or job-related experience.

• Proficiency in software programs including Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft Office on Mac OS is required.
• Branding experience
• Website and HTML email design are a plus.
• Photo and video manipulation skills are required.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing
