SOUTHERN & CENTRAL OREGON TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager role provides leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to deliver results proactively and consistently for our clients and internal teams.

BBSI has served Southern and Central Oregon with Staffing/Temporary Labor recruiting services since 1973. Our TA services include seasonal labor, Temp to Hire, Temporary Labor, and Direct Placement. In combination with BBSI’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) position in the business community, our Talent Acquisition service makes us unique in the market to create operational success for small to large businesses.

Our TA Manager is responsible for full management of our BBSI Southern & Central Oregon TA business component, including P&L oversight for our four offices located in Medford, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls and Bend. Management responsibility involves full oversight of all TA operations, including key understanding of business practice involving HR, Risk Management, and Marketing/Business Development.

This position is a full time, exempt position that s to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other branch business components.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Sourcing/Recruiting Acumen: skilled in TA operational acumen, including full understanding of applicant recruiting channels, JD language development, and articulating value propositions.
• Team Management: supervise, mentor, performance manage, and support career development.
• Business Analysis: ability to evaluate/improve TA acumen by understanding best practices and methods, processes, and resource utilization.
• Client Relations: build/retain TA client base through TA team development and continual strengthening of business owner trust relationships.
• PEO Team Collaboration: work with PEO Business Units to introduce and grow TA business with our PEO clients.
• Marketing/Sales/Networking: Develop and manage a business community outreach program that includes attending Southern and Central Oregon community events such as Chamber greeters, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote TA business.
• Branch Leadership Team: participate in strategy development and business performance metric presentations.
• Facilities Management: responsible for full facility operations, including IT/telephone reliability and troubleshooting, supply inventory management, and security.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of directly managing a TA organization and/or business unit.
• Supervision of recruiting teams with direct s.
• Strong understanding/presentation of TA organization financial management, including direct responsibility for P&L oversight and ing.
• Staffing payroll administration comprehension with understanding/administering certified payrolls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite that include strong Excel capability, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Complete competence with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably with Bullhorn.
• Working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software environment, preferably Salesforce.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management (experience in lieu of will be considered).
