SOUTHERN & CENTRAL OREGON TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
BBSI (Nasdaq) is experiencing a steady rate of growth and is looking for key employees to complement our existing teams. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager role provides leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to deliver results proactively and consistently for our clients and internal teams.
BBSI has served Southern and Central Oregon with Staffing/Temporary Labor recruiting services since 1973. Our TA services include seasonal labor, Temp to Hire, Temporary Labor, and Direct Placement. In combination with BBSI’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) position in the business community, our Talent Acquisition service makes us unique in the market to create operational success for small to large businesses.
Our TA Manager is responsible for full management of our BBSI Southern & Central Oregon TA business component, including P&L oversight for our four offices located in Medford, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls and Bend. Management responsibility involves full oversight of all TA operations, including key understanding of business practice involving HR, Risk Management, and Marketing/Business Development.
This position is a full time, exempt position that s to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other branch business components.
