Property Manager / Block Manager – Paddington (Part Home Based) – up to £46k + Bonuses

We’re working with a long established, accredited independent managing agent who oversee a prime, compact and predominantly West / Central London based portfolio from their well-located and accessed Paddington office base.

With a long standing friendly team, relaxed atmosphere and variety of unique employee perks, their staff turnover is almost nil with similar levels of retention across their (predominantly) RMC/RTM block portfolio.

As a result of both business growth and internal staff progression, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

• Working part home, part office based (office close to Paddington station)
• Undertaking the full range of Block Management duties, from budget setting to insurance provision and major works
• Portfolio comprises 200 units (across 20 buildings) situated within Prime & Central London, managed on behalf of long retained RMC clients
• IRPM preferred but supported in post for those with sufficient experience (3 years +) and a desire to qualify
• Stable career history and commitment to quality service and accountability essential

The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £46k plus a % of new business brought in, a % of projects managed, annual bonus based on company performance, 2 weeks off at Christmas, 22 days holiday plus public, food and drink provided on Friday’s and a genuinely relaxed and team focused environment.
