Talent Management Specialist
At BBC Studios we employ thousands of people across a myriad of iconic stand-out programmes created and produced by the highly revered BBC itself, and through format-busting partnerships with some of the most independent creative organisations in the world.
That’s a lot of people – and that’s an awful lot of insightful data to manipulate, interrogate and make sense of. It’s our job in the talent team to make people data work for us, to shape our approach and to use it to help drive really important people decisions. We need a data-obsessive who loves working with people, someone who can take on and relish this business critical task.
Here at BBC Studios we hugely respect the capabilities and skills of data specialists. Join us and you’ll be consulted, listened to and invited to a wide variety of important discussions to offer your insight and opinion.

To achieve this you will be involved in the following:
Our ambition is to use our people data and development interventions more insightfully and more powerfully than any other business – ever. We know it’s a bold vision, but we also know with the right expertise, given the right support, we can maximise our data and talent pipelines.
