The Reward Senior HR Advisor role is part of the Reward centre of expertise and the broader BBC HR team, including other centres of expertise, in-house shared service centre and divisional HR Business Partner Teams. The successful candidate will support the teams activities, in particular our pay governance processes.
Main Responsibilities
You will be supporting our pay decision making and governance processes, through the provision of pay data and insights, using Tableau for data visualisation.
At the same time you’ll be building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and efficient service delivery.
You will coordinate pay decision making discussions between relevant stakeholders, and accurately document outcomes and rationale.
In addition you will be providing support to reward processes and projects through data analysis and project coordination.

Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical and data management skills, strong competence in Excel, and ideally Tableau
