BBC Hiring for Resourcing Administrator Job at Birmingham, England Full Time

Main Responsibilities

The Resourcing Administrator works with all teams across all of our locations to support the recruitment process. As part of this you will:

• Work with Resourcing Advisors to set up interviews
• Sending on Interview Packs to Hiring Managers
• Managing the Resourcing Inbox and responding to queries
• Assisting Resourcing Advisors in keeping the Recruitment System (ATS) up to date
• Working with the Resourcing Business Partner on team administrative duties
• Ad-hoc administration tasks

• Proven administration experience ideally using an ATS
• Experience of setting up interviews
• Liaising with multiple team members as well as external candidates
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• A flexible approach with a willingness to learn
• Experience of working in a shared service centre

Contract type: 1 x Permanent and 1 x FTC for 12 months
Location: Birmingham
