Our talent acquisition team is evolving. So joining as an Early Careers Scheme Specialist you will help pave the path for the BBC to deliver its commitment to double our apprenticeship hires and meet hiring goals to build a sustained and diverse talent pool with a strong focus on supporting social mobility opportunities and career education.

In this role you will support all stages of the Early Careers hiring cycle with a focus on Apprenticeship hiring. You will support the attraction and engagement campaign that connects with Apprentice candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You will work closely with other team members and flex support for specific Apprentice hiring goals across BBC divisions, working in close partnership with our Learning and Development teams to drive a smooth hiring process and exceptional candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
Are you the right candidate?
You are someone with in-house Early Careers recruitment experience or have managed large volume recruitment processes within agency or recruitment team. You have experience of successfully supporting or delivering high impact inclusive recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns. You have a passion for Early Careers and you strongly advocate for diversity and inclusion.
You are comfortable working across a remote team and have experience of working in or with a large and complex organisational structure with a mix of stakeholder groups and managing multiple priorities.
You are comfortable questioning and challenging the status quo and bring passion, creativity and new ideas. You seek change and the desire to make a difference for young people.
You have a strong focus on delivering a great level of service, both internally and to candidates. You build strong relationship with stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
