A plumbing company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our mobile crew and service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. After a period of time & training there is potential to gain more responsibility and pay.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling time sheets to ensure accurate labor costs
• Drafting and sending invoices in QuickBooks
• Running s in QuickBooks to gather data for analysis
• Following up on outstanding invoices and payments
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Managing and organizing files and documents
• Handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence
• Providing administrative support to senior staff members
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an office secretary or in a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and courteous demeanor
