BB Buggy Hiring for Full Time Sales Associate at Toronto, ON Full Time

BB Buggy is a leading baby gear specialty retailer. We offer competitive rates based on experience. We are currently looking for high quality sales staff to join our team. An ideal candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, carry out high quality of customer service and have excellent organizational skill. Product training will be provided. The job is most suitable for someone who is enthusiastic to talk to people, hardworking, have a passion for baby and kid products and possess high quality of customer service skill.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serving walk-in customers and taking phone inquiries
• Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend products accordingly
• Refilling shelves with products and merchandising
• Maintaining the store to be clean and tidy
• Assisting in putting up in-store signs and other promotional displays
• Lifting is required.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates who possess the following skills will be most welcome to apply:

• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Proactive with demonstrated initiative
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• 1-2 years retail experience, relevant product knowledge is an asset
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Inventory system knowledge is an added benefit
• College degree preferred
