Team Member Role and Responsibilities

BaySport is now hiring qualified, reliable and responsible Massage Therapists to staff an account in San Mateo, CA. Massage Therapists that are committed to professional standards and practices while providing exceptional customer service are encouraged to apply. This is a part-time position, approximately 5 hours per shift, one or two days a week, providing full-body massage to a corporate client.

Responsibilities include:

• Follows the American Massage Therapy Association’s Code of Conduct
• Provide full body and/or chair massage in a comfortable and relaxed setting
• Provide safe and effective massage therapy
• Show concern for clients
• Follow procedures for accounting, appointments, and upkeep of the facility
• Refine skills and stay abreast of current trends through continuing education

To provide our clients with the best experience, we are asking for the following requirements:

• Proof of Completion of accredited massage therapy program
• CAMTC certification or similar
• Minimum of 500 massage hours
• Current CPR Certification
• Vaccinated against COVID-19
• Exceptional communication skills
