An exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Business Partner to work within the Workplace Relations Team to provide dedicated business partnering, guidance and services to Depot managers and senior leaders within Bayside Council.
About the Role
The role is responsible for providing specialist advice and assistance on a range of human resource activities, including human resource operational management, strategic human resource policy advice, talent acquisition, performance management, employee and industrial relations, workplace investigations and complaint management, and organisational transition and reform. You will be a proactive business partner to our City Presentation Directorate made up of our unionised blue collar operations workforce and will also work closely with your counterpart Business Partner. This is a Depot based role and the successful applicant will be required to travel between Council Depots.
Working at both the operational and strategic level, the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner is responsible for all things people within their client group. The role will work very closely with Council’s Senior Management and Executive to implement people initiatives within the depots of City Presentation.

Salary Range: From $88,276.71 to $98,869.89 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
