The Business Transformation team is responsible for ensuring our organisation is providing services that meet the needs of our stakeholders, and that those services are the best they possibly can be.
The team is responsible for driving projects based on using the best available data to implement business improvement programmes across the organisation, ensuring customer experience outcomes are the focus of what we are trying to accomplish.
About the Role
As the Business Analyst in our team, you will play an important role in furthering Bayside’s business improvement roadmap. You’ll be required to deliver a variety of projects across the organisation through the use of process improvement and/or solution deployment. You will also work with the business to create change management and communications strategies to ensure the outcomes of your projects are successfully embedded.

Salary Range: $86,545 – $96,931 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
