The Business Transformation team is responsible for ensuring our organisation is providing services that meet the needs of our stakeholders, and that those services are the best they possibly can be.

The team is responsible for driving projects based on using the best available data to implement business improvement programmes across the organisation, ensuring customer experience outcomes are the focus of what we are trying to accomplish.

About the Role

As the Business Analyst in our team, you will play an important role in furthering Bayside’s business improvement roadmap. You’ll be required to deliver a variety of projects across the organisation through the use of process improvement and/or solution deployment. You will also work with the business to create change management and communications strategies to ensure the outcomes of your projects are successfully embedded.

You can also expect to:

• Develop organisational knowledge, understanding and commitment to Business Improvement
• Facilitate and support individuals, teams and business units to identify and implement improvements
• Measure and report on milestones and successes in relation to Business Improvement Programmes
• Support the organisation to implement of a wide range of organisational improvements.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Practical experience in a process/business improvement role or project management
• Data analysis and process mapping experience using Excel, PowerBI and Visio
• Proven ability to analyse information to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Effective organisational, planning and task prioritisation skills with a high attention to detail.

Salary Range: $86,545 – $96,931 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
